+j - (regcallerid) - Block private message unless sender is registered or whitelisted. If the user has +Gj set, they can only receive messages from registered users who also share a channel.
+w (wallop) - Client may receive wallops (not used on OFTC)
+D (Deaf) - Client won’t see any channel messages/text
